We’ve been here at Plot 72/B in Vatva for quite a while now. Multispan Control Instruments is basically where we spend most of our days, making sure the meters and controllers are actually doing what they should. It’s a busy spot in Phase-1. We aren't really fancy talkers. Most of us just show up, check the components, and ship them out. The workshop gets a bit loud when things are running full tilt, but that’s just how it is in GIDC. Sometimes the weather gets really hot inside, but we keep moving. We started small and just kept adding more work. It’s a lot of wiring and testing. People around here know us for being steady. We don't spend much time on fancy websites or big speeches. If someone needs a digital timer or a temperature controller, they usually find their way to our gate. It's practical work. Every day there's a new batch to calibrate. We just focus on the task at hand and try not to overcomplicate the small stuff. Vatva has changed a lot since we set up shop at 72/B, but the routine here stays pretty much the same. We take our breaks, talk about the day, and then get back to the machines. It’s a decent place to work if you like seeing how things are built from scratch. We don't have a lot of management layers here, just people doing their jobs well enough. Every evening we lock up and head home, ready to do it again.
