Industrial Engineering

We have been running this engineering shop in Velugumatla for quite some time now. Our place is at H. No. 3-66, right in the 8th Division area of Gopalapuram here in Khammam. It is a busy spot and we usually have a lot of metal work piling up outside the door. People from all over the district come to us when they need something welded or fixed. We deal with all kinds of iron and steel parts. Most days, it is just the sound of machines and the smell of hot metal. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, especially during the summer, but we keep at it. My father started things here and I just took over. We do not have a big office or anything fancy, just the workshop and the tools we need to get the job done. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait around, but that is just how it is here. We try to finish the work as fast as we can so the farmers and local guys can get back to their business. It is hard work and our hands are always dirty with oil and grease. If you are looking for the shop, just ask anyone near the 8th Division and they will point you to our gate. We are usually there from early morning until the sun goes down. It is a simple life and we just focus on the welding and repairs that come our way every day.
