New Shivam Plastics

If you go down Vasta Devdi Road, you’ll find us at Plot No. 2 in the J. K. Bardoliya Compound. New Shivam Plastics has been tucked away in this spot for a good while. It's right opposite the Reshamwala Mill, so there's always a lot of activity in the street. Our place is basically one large room filled with machinery and bags of plastic pellets. It’s loud and hot in the summer, but that’s just the nature of what we do. We make various plastic items, and the machines run almost all day. We’re a small crew, mostly just people from the nearby area. We don’t have a polished corporate look at all. The walls could use a new coat of paint, but we’d rather spend that money on keeping the equipment in good shape. Working at the J. K. Bardoliya Compound means we’re part of a whole group of small businesses. We see the same faces every morning when we open up. We don't do much in the way of promotion; the work just comes in because we’ve been here so long. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized when a big shipment arrives, but we sort it out eventually. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to keep our customers satisfied and keep the machines turning. Plot No. 2 is home for us, and we like it that way. It's just simple, daily work for us.
