You can find Ritaj Enterprises on the second floor of the RMK Complex in Troop Bazar. If you’ve ever walked through Troop Bazar, you know it’s a tight squeeze with people and goods everywhere. We’ve been in this spot for a long time, right in the middle of all that noise. Our office is up the stairs, away from the street level chaos, but you can still hear the honking and the shouting from down below. We handle various enterprise tasks and trade, mostly focusing on keeping our regular customers happy. It’s a bit cramped inside with all the files and ledgers, but we know where everything is. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just answer the phones, talk to the walk-ins, and try to get the orders filled correctly. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, and we have to lug things up the stairs, but we don’t complain much. It’s just part of being in an older building in a busy market. We’ve seen the bazaar change over the years, shops coming and going, but we’ve stayed right here. It’s an honest way to spend the day, working in the heart of the city and dealing with people face to face. We aren't doing anything world-changing, just running a small business the best way we know how in a crowded marketplace.
