Suverna Ratnam

Our office is over at Dwarkesh Complex, room Ff/5. It’s right near Hotel Klassic Gold, just off C. G. Road in Navrangpura. It’s a pretty central part of town, so there’s always a lot going on around us. The complex itself is older and has a lot of stairs, but we like being in this neighborhood. We spend most of our time at our desks or talking to the few people who drop by. It’s not a very big space, just enough for what we need. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs more than we’d like. Navrangpura is a busy area, especially during lunch hours when everyone comes out to the local food stalls. We usually just bring our own tiffin and eat at the small table in the back. The walls are a bit plain and we have files stacked up in the corners. It’s not the kind of place you’d see in a magazine, but it works for us. We’ve been in this building for some time now and know the security guards and the other shop owners quite well. It feels like a small community inside the complex. We just focus on our daily tasks and making sure everything is sorted before we lock up for the night. It’s a steady pace here. Suverna Ratnam has been operating out of this spot for years and we've gotten used to the rhythm of Navrangpura life.
