Unitech Combustion

At Unitech Combustion, we work out of Plot No. C1B-6 in Phase-1 of the GIDC in Vatva. Being in Phase-1 means we've been around since the earlier days of this industrial zone. The building is older, but it serves our purpose just fine. We have some heavy equipment that has been with us for a long time. It’s a bit noisy when we are testing things, but that’s just the nature of what we do. We don't have a big corporate office with carpets and stuff. Our office is just a small room with a couple of desks and a lot of files. Most of our time is spent out on the floor anyway. We handle everything from the parts coming in to the final assembly. It’s a hands-on kind of place. The guys here are good at what they do, and they don't need a lot of management. We just know the routine. Vatva can be a crowded place with all the trucks, but we've gotten used to it. We try to keep things simple and avoid any unnecessary drama. If a machine breaks, we fix it. If an order is due, we finish it. It’s a basic way of doing business, but it has worked for us for years at Plot C1B-6. We don't have any big secrets or fancy tricks. We just show up every morning and put in the hours until the job is finished.
