Sri Sai Paper Plates

We are located at H. No 16-2-836/L/2 in M R Nagar, which is right near the Pochamma Temple in the Saidabad area. Making paper plates is what we do here every day. It’s a noisy business because the machines that press the paper into shapes make a lot of clanking sounds. We start with big rolls of paper and silver foil, and by the end of the day, we have thousands of plates stacked up in tall towers. The space can get a bit hot because of the heat used to mold the plates, but we keep the fans running to stay cool. Being near the temple means we see a lot of people coming and going for prayers, especially on festival days. We often have to move our stacks of finished goods to make room for more raw materials coming in. It’s just a small group of us working the machines and packing the plates into plastic bags. We don't have a fancy showroom. If you want to see what we make, you just come to the workshop and look at the stacks on the floor. We try to keep the edges of the plates smooth and make sure they are strong enough to hold food without bending. It’s simple work, but it takes a lot of attention to make sure the machines don't jam up. We’ve been in Saidabad for a while now and just enjoy being part of the local market here.
