We are located at Survey No 551 on the Medchal Road in Kistapur Village. This area has become quite a hub for manufacturing lately. Our yard is where we do all the precast work. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and pouring concrete into different shapes. We’ve been at this Kistapur spot for a while now. The road outside is always busy with trucks and traffic, which is good for business but makes it noisy. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It's just a dedicated crew that knows how to handle the machinery and the materials. We spend our days making sure the sets are level and the finish is decent. Precast isn't something you can rush. It needs time to set properly in the yard. We have a lot of space out here, which we need for all the inventory. People drive past and see the stacks of finished items. Sometimes they pull in just to ask for prices. We don't do much in the way of advertising. We just let the work speak for itself. The office is a simple one-room setup where we handle the billing. It gets dusty because of all the cement, but that’s just part of the job. We like being in Kistapur; it’s a practical place to run a business like ours. We just keep the mixers running and the products moving out.
