Eka Chakra Electrical Works

Eka Chakra Electrical Works is based in Ida Phase-1 at D-40. Being in an industrial area means there is always something going on around us. We handle a lot of electrical repairs and installations for the other units nearby. Our workshop is filled with coils of wire, motors, and toolboxes. It’s a bit of a squeeze when we have a lot of equipment in for repair, but we make it work. Most of the guys here have been working with electricity for decades. We don’t have a fancy showroom. People usually bring their broken machinery directly to our door. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting why a motor won't start or fixing wiring that’s seen better days. The floor is usually covered in bits of copper and insulation tape. We have a small kettle in the back for making tea when we get a break. The work is greasy and can be quite tiring, but there’s a satisfaction in getting a machine running again. We don't do much marketing; the local factory owners just know who to call when things break down. We’ve stayed at D-40 because everyone knows this spot. It’s a simple, hardworking environment. We just take things one job at a time and try to do right by the people who come to us. We usually keep some extra fuses and bulbs in stock for the neighbors who run out of them.
