Welltech Brass Industries

Our workshop is down at Plot No. 387/2 in the Shankar Tekri Udyognagar area of the GIDC in Jamnagar. If you have spent any time in Jamnagar, you know this part of town is famous for brass work. It is a noisy place to spend the day. There is always the sound of metal being cut or polished somewhere nearby. We have been working from this plot for a good many years. The air in the shed usually smells like oil and hot metal, which is something you just get used to. We aren't a massive factory with hundreds of workers. It’s just a decent-sized unit where we manage our own production. We have a few machines and a small team who really know their way around brass parts. It gets quite hot in here during the summer months, but we just keep the fans going and get on with it. We don't have any fancy brochures or a front desk with a receptionist. Usually, if you stop by, you will find one of us standing near the machines or checking over a batch of finished parts. We really just focus on getting the sizes and dimensions right. Working with brass takes some patience and a steady hand. We have built a steady rhythm over the years. We don't make a big deal about what we do. We just make the parts and get them sent out.
