Who We Are?

We are based at historic, happening and rapidly growing Hyderabad city in South of India. We are a member firm of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). We are governed by regulations, guidelines and code of ethics framed by The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, apart from other applicable laws.
R G Sarda Senior Partner
He is the core promoter of the Firm. He passed Chartered Accountancy exams in May 1987 in first attempt and secured all India merit in the Finals. He holds Post Graduate Diploma in Alternative Dispute Resolution issued by NALSAR University. He passed Information Systems Audit exams conducted by The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in the year 2002 and secured all India 4th Rank.
He has vast experience and exposure in the fields of assurance, tax planning and business & management consultancy/advisory services.
He was an Independent Director on the Board of The A.P. Mahesh Co-Operative Urban Bank Ltd., a Multi-State Scheduled Bank with its heads office at Hyderabad during 2005 - 2008. He was the President of The Andhra Pradesh Tax Bar Association for the year 2004-05. He is a life member of International Centre for Alternative Dispute Resolution and ordinary member of Indian Council of Arbitration. He is also member of most of professional associations operating locally and at national level. He has vast national and international exposure. He has travelled extensively throughout the world on business & personal visits.

Avinash Kumar Jhawar Partner
Avinash Jhawar passed Indian Chartered Accountancy examination in 1998. He is also a qualified Australian CPA. He is partner in our firm since July 1998. He has vast experience in independently handling regular audits, income tax advisory and representation work, preparation of project reports and consultancy assignments. He got vast experience of working with PSUs like Electronic Corporation of India, Nizam Sugars Ltd. and APSSIDC. He also has working knowledge in SAP (ERP package).
Presently he is in Sydney, Australia and associated with Proficient Group. Proficient Group of Entities offer wide range of financial & taxation including Tax returns, Tax Advice, Accounting, Book Keeping, Business Set-up, Business Advisory Services, Business Take Over Services, Incorporation of Companies and other entities, Home Loans, Business Plans, MYOB Set Up, Self Managed Super Funds(SMSF), Pay roll services, Advise on Negative Gearing, back Office Services, etc.
He always had drive & ambition to provide quality service to his client base. He has extensive background in the accounting and taxation law of Australia. He has continued to provide financial advice, accounting services & business advice to big & small businesses, individuals & more.
