Electrotherm ( India ) Ltd.

We are based out in Palodia village at Survey No. 72, in the Kalol taluka. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city, but it’s where we have the space for our operations. At Electrotherm ( India ) Ltd., we deal with a lot of heavy equipment and industrial processes. Our day usually starts before the sun is fully up, getting the furnaces or the machinery ready for the shift. It’s a large site, and it takes a lot of effort to keep everything running smoothly. We aren't a small shop; there’s a lot going on at any given time. However, we still try to keep things grounded. The workers here are the backbone of everything we do. We don't use corporate speak or have long-winded mission statements posted everywhere. We just focus on the engineering and the technical side of the work. The environment is industrial, so expect a bit of noise and some grease. We’ve been in Palodia for quite some time now and the local community knows us well. We just try to do our work without making too much of a fuss. If a client needs something technical solved, we look at the drawings and the machines. We don't spend much time on fancy marketing because the work speaks for itself at the end of the day. It gets loud and hot sometimes, but that’s just the reality of a place like this. We just keep pushing forward.
