You’ll find Matz Pumps Pvt. Ltd. over at Plot No. 609, which is in Phase-4 of GIDC, Vatva. We share the same street with a lot of other hardworking businesses. Our place isn't hard to spot once you're on the right road. We've been operating out of this specific plot for quite some time now. The building has seen some wear and tear, but it serves us well for everything we need to do. We don't have a receptionist in a suit or anything like that. Usually, you just walk in and someone will help you out. At Matz Pumps Pvt. Ltd., we spend most of our time dealing with the technical side of things. It’s a hands-on kind of environment at Plot No. 609. The noise from the surrounding workshops is constant, but you stop noticing it after a few weeks. We like the atmosphere here in Phase-4. It’s a place where people actually make things. Sometimes the monsoon makes the roads a bit tricky, but the work doesn't stop. We don't go for big promotional slogans. We just try to stay consistent and keep our machines running. It’s a straightforward life here in Vatva. We have a small lunch area where we sit and eat together. It’s just us, a group of people working in an industrial plot, trying to get through the list of tasks every day. The work isn't always easy, but it is what we know.
