Shree Mahalaxmi

Shree Mahalaxmi is right here on Pirchalla Street, specifically at Shop No 1 in the Lady Palace Complex. If you know Bhavnagar, you know how this area gets. It is usually pretty busy with people walking past and bikes trying to find a spot to park. We have been in this spot for a while now. The shop itself isn't huge, but we make it work with what we have. Most mornings start with opening up the shutters and dusting off the shelves because the street dust never really stops coming in. We keep things pretty straightforward here. People come in, ask for what they need, and we help them find it. There isn't any fancy decor or anything like that. It’s mostly just us doing our jobs and making sure the inventory is where it should be. Sometimes the tea stall guy brings over a cup in the afternoon when things slow down a bit. We don't spend much time on the computer or doing big advertisements. Most people just know we are here because they’ve seen the sign or their neighbor told them about us. It’s a bit cramped when we get a big shipment in, and we have to stack boxes near the door until we find space in the back. That is just how it goes in a place like this. We like the rhythm of the street and seeing the same faces every week. It feels right to be part of the local market.
