Magnum Constructions

Our home base is at Magnum Chambers, which is located on V V Dempo Marg in the St. Inez area. It is a well-known building in the neighborhood and we have been situated here for quite some time. The office is where we do all the planning and coordination for the construction projects we have going on around the region. It is usually a bit of a mess with rolls of architectural drawings, site photos, and piles of technical manuals everywhere. We do not have a fancy front desk or anything like that because we are usually out at the sites or busy on the phone with contractors. St. Inez is a lively part of town, so there is always some activity happening right outside our doors. Our team is relatively small, so everyone ends up helping out with whatever needs to be done, whether it is filing papers or talking to suppliers about cement deliveries. The weather can sometimes make our work difficult, especially during the heavy rain months when everything on the building sites has to slow down. But we are used to it and we just keep pushing forward with the work. We have a solid group of people here who have been working in the building trade for a long time. We do not spend time on promotional talk; we just focus on the actual building work and making sure the foundations are solid.
