Italia Ceramics Ltd.

Italia Ceramics is based out of the Samaan-II building on Anandnagar Road. We are in units 401 to 403, right across from the Reliance petrol pump. It’s a busy road, so there’s always cars honking outside. We have a lot of tiles and ceramic pieces spread out across the space. It’s not a perfectly polished showroom. We have stacks of samples everywhere, and sometimes it’s hard to walk through without tripping over a box of floor tiles. We spend our days showing people different colors and patterns. A lot of folks come in not really knowing what they want for their bathrooms or kitchens. We just let them look around and answer questions when they have them. We don't do the hard sell. If a tile is out of stock, we’ll tell you it’s going to be two weeks. No point in lying. The staff here is just a few of us who have been working with ceramics for a long time. We know which tiles break easily and which ones are tough. The office part of the shop is tucked in the back, usually covered in dust from the warehouse area. We drink tea, talk to the contractors, and try to keep things moving. Anandnagar Road is always changing, but we’ve been in this building for a while now. It’s a lot of lifting and carrying, but it’s what we do. We like the work well enough.
