Our facility is located out in Udityal Village, which is part of the Balanagar Mandal in Mahaboobnagar District. It is quite a long way from the main city and the drive takes some time. We are situated at Sy.No. 631/A1. Because we work in the field of lifesciences, our building is a bit different from the farms and small houses around us. Inside, it is all about lab coats and keeping the rooms as clean as possible. We have labs where we conduct our research and run different tests. This kind of work requires a lot of patience and concentration. Sometimes we have to wait for days to see the results of a single experiment. We are not a huge company with thousands of employees. We are just a dedicated team of people who live nearby or travel from the local towns. The village can be a quiet place, but sometimes we have issues with the power going out. When that happens, we have to make sure the generators start up quickly so the equipment doesn't fail. It can be a bit stressful at times. We don't have any big flashy signs outside our gate. We just focus on the science we are doing inside. The days are mostly spent looking at data or carefully mixing solutions. It is a quiet life here in Telangana, away from all the noise and rush of the big city centers.
