My place is located at No. 7/707 in Kakwadimala. My name is Sandip R and I’ve been running this small operation for a good number of years now. It’s not a big company with many employees. It’s mostly just me handling the day-to-day things that come up. Kakwadimala is a nice area, fairly quiet compared to the main city center, which I like. I don't have a big sign or a fancy office setup. Most of my work is done right here at this address. I started out small and stayed that way on purpose because it’s easier to manage things myself. I don't have a set of rules or a corporate handbook. I just wake up, open the doors, and see what needs to be done. Sometimes the neighbors stop by just to chat, and other times I’m busy working until late at night. I don't use any fancy software to keep track of things, just a simple notebook and a pen. It’s a very basic way of doing business but it has worked for me so far. I don't spend money on ads or flyers. People just know where I am if they need me. The building is older and has its quirks, like a door that squeaks and a window that doesn't quite close right, but it feels like home to me. I’m just a local guy doing my thing every day without any big plans to change anything. It suits me just fine.
