According to the survey / 1/3 jobs will be transferred to automation in 3 years
There are currently jobs in different industries. There will be 1/3 of them automation in the next 3 years. Due to the increasing trend of artificial intelligence, most of the jobs are moving toward automation. Job portal Shine.Com said in a report released on the basis of HR professional’s survey. The survey covered IT, education, banking, financial services, insurance, manufacturing, retail and auto sectors. Shine CEO Jairus Mastre said that the demand for skilled employees in the next technology will increase.
Optimism of 9% growth in the IT industry next year
1. IT industry organization Naskom has expressed the estimate that in 2019-20, the sector will grow by 9%. Which will be the equivalent of the current fiscal year. Industry growth is estimated to grow 9.1 percent in 2018-19.
2. 45% of HR Professionals have said that within a year, the use of technology like artificial intelligence, virtual reality, and hiring tools will increase.
3. According to the rating agency Ikra, the IT sector growth target for the next financial year is 7-9 percent. The demand for digital solutions will increase.
