Thoughtsitsolutions Private Limited is tucked away in Pedagantyada, over in S.C. Colony. If you know the Nellimukku area, you probably know where No. 20-9-10 is. We’ve been set up here in Vishakhapatnam for some time now, just doing our thing with IT solutions. It’s not a huge office, just a practical space where we can get our work finished without too many distractions. Most of the people working here grew up around this part of the city, so we know the neighborhood pretty well. The morning commute is usually the busiest part of the day. We spend most of our time staring at screens and figuring out how to fix things that aren't working right. Sometimes the internet acts up, which is annoying, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do a decent job for whoever needs us. It's a simple setup we have going on. You won't find any fancy coffee machines or lounge areas here, just desks and computers. We often have lunch together at the local spots nearby. Vishakhapatnam is a big place, but our little corner in Pedagantyada feels like home to us. We’ve had a few neighbors ask what we actually do inside all day, and we just tell them we work on computers. That’s about as simple as it gets for us. We just keep our focus on the computers and the tasks in front of us every day. Sometimes we stay late when a problem is particularly stubborn, but that's part of the job.
