Samosa Hub Dot Com operates out of No. 304 in the Casa Residency building over in Vadsar. It’s not a traditional restaurant with tables and waiters, but more of a central spot where we handle everything. Most of the day is spent in the kitchen area making sure the fillings are right and the dough is just how it should be. It gets pretty cramped when we have a lot of orders coming in at once, especially during the tea-time rush. We started this because we liked the food, and now it’s just our daily life. The smell of frying spices usually fills the hallway, which some neighbors like and others probably don't. We keep things pretty straightforward. There isn’t a big marketing team behind us, just a few people who know how to cook and handle the deliveries. We use simple ingredients and don’t try to make things more complicated than they need to be. The apartment setup works for us for now, even if it means we are constantly moving boxes around to make space. Vadsar is a good area, and being in a residential block keeps us connected to the people who actually eat what we make. It’s a bit chaotic sometimes, with the phone ringing and the timers going off, but we manage to get the bags out the door eventually. We are just regular people trying to cook good food every day.
