Friends Roadways

Friends Roadways is over at C - 20 in Pratap Nagar Transport Nagar, right off Chittor Road. We’ve been here a good while now, just doing what we do. It’s a busy spot with trucks coming in and out at all hours. Mostly, we’re just a small group of people trying to make sure things get where they need to go without too much trouble. Sometimes the yard gets a bit dusty when the wind picks up, but that’s just how it is around Chittor Road. We don’t have any fancy office furniture or big reception areas here. It’s mostly just desks, phones, and a lot of paperwork piled up. If you stop by, you’ll probably see a few drivers sitting around drinking tea and waiting for their next load. We know the routes well because we’ve been driving them ourselves for years. It’s not a complicated business, just moving stuff from one point to another. We try to keep our trucks in decent shape so they don't break down in the middle of nowhere. Sometimes things get delayed, like when the weather is bad or the roads are under construction, but we always tell it like it is. We don't try to hide things or make excuses. People around here know us by name, and that counts for something. We just keep our heads down and work. It’s a loud place with all the engines running, but we’re used to it.
