Blue Property Developers Private Limited is based at Thangiya Vilasam, House No. Ap 13/508, in the Aryanad area of Thiruvananthapuram. Aryanad is a bit quieter than the main city, and we like it that way. We’ve been operating out of this house for a while now. It’s our base for everything we do in property development. Having no glass office or a receptionist keeps things simple; it’s just a practical place to run a business. We focus on developing properties around this part of the district. It’s a lot of work, from checking the land to getting the foundations poured. Being honest about how long things take is important, because construction always has surprises. We don't go in for big marketing campaigns or flashy ads. Most of the people who work with us are from around here. Knowing the local soil and the local people makes a difference when you’re building something. Sometimes we’re working on a single house, other times it’s something a bit larger. We just take it as it comes. Being in Aryanad means we’re connected to the community. We aren't trying to change the world, just build some decent places for people to live or work. We’re just normal folks who put in a lot of hours to make sure the job gets done. It’s not always easy, but we’re still at it every day, making things happen for folks around here.
