Our office for Sdb Technology is at B-61 Prabhu Nagar-2, which is right across from the Pandol Industry on Ved Road in Surat. Being right across from the industry makes it an interesting spot because you have the residential feel of Prabhu Nagar on one side and all that activity on the other. We have been based here for a bit now. Since the office is part of the society, it doesn't feel like a cold, glass-and-steel building. It feels more grounded. Inside, the setup is decent with the usual computers and a few desks shoved together. Because we are opposite Pandol Industry, there’s always a lot of trucks and workers moving around outside. There’s always a busy, productive energy in the air. We don't spend much time on fancy presentations or corporate talk. Most of the time, we’re just busy with our own tasks, occasionally checking in with each other to make sure no one is stuck on a problem. Keeping things informal is how we like it; there’s no strict dress code or anything. Most of us have been working together for a while, so we know how to stay out of each other's way when things get hectic. It’s a straightforward way to work, being right there in the middle of everything. The main goal is to get the work finished so we can beat the evening traffic.
