Our place is located at 4-88 in Ferozguda, right across from B.B.R. Hospital in Balanagar. If you know the Samrat Hotel, we are very close to that too. It’s a busy part of Hyderabad. We’ve been here for quite a while, focusing on machine tools. The shop is usually full of heavy equipment and the smell of cutting oil. It’s a bit cramped because we try to fit a lot of inventory into the space we have. We aren't the kind of company that has a big marketing department or polished brochures. We just know our machines. Most of the guys here have spent their whole lives around lathes and drills. We spend our days talking to people about what tools they need for their own shops. Sometimes we have to shout to be heard over the traffic outside or the machines running in the back. It’s a regular business, nothing too fancy about it. We have a desk for the accounts and a few chairs for visitors, but mostly it's just a working space. Being near the hospital means it’s always crowded, but it’s a good landmark for people trying to find us. We just keep doing what we’re doing, selling tools and helping folks get their own production lines moving. It’s a steady living and we’ve got no complaints. We like the grit of the place and wouldn't really want to be anywhere else in the city, to be honest.
