We are based in a small place called Padwalwadi, which is in the Sangli district. Most people around here are involved in farming or small businesses, and we fall somewhere in the middle with our trading and developing work. Our office is right there in the village, so everyone knows where to find us. We don't have a big fancy building, just a simple place where we can sit down and talk about business. Being in a rural area like Sangli means things move a bit slower than in the big cities, but we still have plenty to do. We trade in various materials and also look into developing small plots of land. It is a lot of outdoor work, which is good because we are used to the sun and the fields. Sometimes the roads aren't the best, especially during the monsoon season when everything gets muddy. We have a few trucks and some equipment that we use for our daily tasks. We don't use complicated language or try to sound more important than we are. We are just local folks trying to make a living and help our neighbors build what they need. If someone needs bricks or is looking to buy a bit of land, they usually come and find us near the main road. It is a simple life but we like it that way. We have been part of this community since we were kids.
