Briyani Bazaar

Briyani Bazaar is located at 1205.F 3 in the Nyati Elan area, right off Bakhori Road. We are quite close to JSPM College, which means we see a lot of students and young people throughout the day. The location is fairly new and has a lot of residential buildings around it. We’ve set up shop here to serve the local crowd. It’s not a fancy dining hall; it’s more of a practical place where people come when they are hungry. We spend most of our time in the kitchen area, making sure everything is ready for the lunch and dinner rushes. Bakhori Road can get a bit crowded when the college lets out, but that’s when we are at our busiest. The shop itself is simple and straightforward. We don't have a big marketing budget or a polished corporate look. We just focus on the food we make every day. The staff here is just regular people who live nearby. We like being in the Nyati Elan neighborhood because it’s growing and there’s always something happening. If you’re walking near the college, you’ll likely see us. We keep things honest and just try to get through the daily orders without too much fuss. It’s a typical local eatery, doing our daily cooking for the people in this part of town. There is always a lot of washing and cleaning to do after we close up for the night.
