Sum Realty Llp

We've been over here on North Main Road for a while now. The office is on the second floor at SR No. 28/2. It's busy in Koregaon Park, so finding a spot can be tricky sometimes, but we like it here. Sum Realty Llp is just a small group of us trying to keep things moving. We deal with property stuff every day. Most of the time, we're just answering phones or looking at paperwork. It's not glamorous work. Sometimes the printer jams or we run out of tea, but that’s just how it goes in a real office. People come in asking about flats or shops nearby. We tell them what we know. It's mostly local knowledge we've picked up over the years. Pune is growing so fast, especially around this part of town. You see new buildings going up almost every week. We try to stay on top of who is selling what. We aren't a huge corporation with fancy brochures. It's just a desk, some chairs, and us. We've seen the neighborhood change quite a bit since we started. If you're walking past the North Main Road area, you might see our sign. We're usually here from morning until the evening. If the lights are on, someone is working. We handle the usual real estate filings and listings. It keeps us busy enough. No two days are exactly the same here. We just do the work and try to stay organized.
