Phanshul Properties Llp

We are Phanshul Properties Llp and we operate out of Flat 501 in the Bellmount Apartments. It’s located at Sr. No. 6/1/13, right next to the Amar Nepture building in Baner. If you know the Baner area in Pune, you know it has grown a lot lately. We decided to set up our office in an apartment because it feels more comfortable and less like a cold office building. It’s a bit more personal that way. We spend our days tracking property trends and helping people with their real estate needs. It is mostly just us working at our computers and taking calls throughout the day. We don’t have a flashy storefront or a big neon sign. We just focus on the task at hand. Sometimes it’s a bit cluttered with folders and blueprints, but that is just how a working office looks. We like the neighborhood here; it's got a good mix of shops and residential buildings nearby. People often drop by just to ask a quick question about a plot or a rental. We don’t mind that at all. It’s a local business and we treat it that way. No corporate jargon or complicated processes. We just try to give straight answers and keep the work moving along. It is a steady pace and we are happy with how things are going. We just do the work.
