Ntrance Customer Services

Ntrance Customer Services operates out of a flat in Pune, right near the Warje Highway. We are in Building D-10, specifically Flat Number 16 in Popular Nagar. If you know the highway area, you know it is always humming with the sound of trucks and cars going past. It is a busy spot but our building is a bit set back so it is not too loud inside. We have a small team here and we mostly spend our time on computers or answering the phones to help people out. Since we are in a residential complex, it feels more like a home than a stiff office. We have our tea breaks together and usually just talk about the day. The address is 411052, and we have been in this flat for some time now. It is a basic setup with just enough space for our desks and the equipment we need to do our jobs. We do not have any big corporate lobby or anything like that. You just come up the stairs and we are there. It is a very straightforward way of working. Most of us live nearby, so the commute to Warje is not too bad. We just focus on the customer calls and try to keep things moving along without any fuss or complicated processes. It is just us doing our daily shift in a quiet corner of Pune.
