Meliora Infotech Llp is based at S No 131/1B/1 in Ram Indu Park, Baner. Baner has changed a lot over the years, becoming a big hub for all sorts of businesses, but we try to keep things simple at our spot. Our office isn't anything too crazy. It’s a functional space where we get our software work done. We have our desks, our chairs, and a lot of cables running everywhere. It’s the kind of place where you can tell people are actually working. We chose Ram Indu Park because it’s a good location that isn't too hard for everyone to get to. We spend most of our hours writing code, testing things, and talking about how to fix whatever broke that morning. It’s a lot of trial and error, which is just how software goes. We don't have any fancy mission statements hanging on the walls. We just have a list of things that need to be finished. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We might have music playing in the background, and there is usually a conversation going on about some new tech or just what someone had for dinner. We are just a group of people who are good at tech and wanted to build something of our own here in Baner. We take the work seriously, but we don't take ourselves too seriously. It’s a decent place to spend the day. We usually grab lunch from one of the nearby stalls and then get right back to the keyboards.
