You can find Megtec Systems India over on Karve Road in Pune. We’re at Plot No. 6/5, right behind the Saraswat Bank at the Erandawane Nal Stop. It’s a busy corner of the city, and everyone around here knows the bank as a landmark. Our office is a busy place where we handle a lot of different engineering and system projects. It’s a mix of engineers and office staff all trying to stay on top of the latest jobs. The area is always buzzing with students and professionals, so there’s a lot of energy nearby. We aren’t a giant corporation with thousands of employees; we’re a smaller group that focuses on doing specific technical work. The office feels lived-in, with plenty of drawings and technical manuals scattered around the desks. A lot of time is spent on the phone or in meetings trying to figure out the best way to put a system together. It’s not always easy, and there are plenty of long days when we’re trying to hit a deadline. Fancy talk or marketing isn't for us. We just explain what the system can do and then we get to building it. Most of us have been in this field for years, so we’ve seen a lot of different problems and figured out how to fix them. Good, steady work in a part of Pune we all like is what we aim for. We keep things pretty simple and straightforward here because that's how we like to work.
