Our place, AVION INDUSTRIES, is tucked away at 26/67 in Uditganj Ki Mandi. If you’ve ever been down to Baluaghat in Prayagraj, you know how lively the market area can get. It is always moving, with people everywhere and the sounds of the Mandi. We’ve been operating from this spot for a while. The building isn't new, and it has that look of a place where a lot of work has happened over the years. Inside, we have our setup for whatever industry work is on the schedule for that day. It gets quite humid here, especially being in Prayagraj, so we just drink a lot of tea and keep at it. We aren't corporate types in suits. Most of the time, we’re wearing old clothes that can handle a bit of dirt or grime. Being in the Mandi means there is always something happening outside our door, which makes the day go by fast. We don't have a lot of fancy signs or decorations. We just have our equipment and our workspace. People find us because they know the address or they’ve heard about us from someone else in the market. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We show up, do the jobs that need doing, and then head home. It is a practical life, and we like being part of the Baluaghat community.
