M/s Sharad International

You can find M/s Sharad International over in the Bhiwadi Industrial Area. Our plot is G-1/637 in Phase-1. This part of Alwar, Rajasthan, is very focused on manufacturing and logistics. The landscape is mostly gray buildings and wide roads for the trucks. Our space is basically a large warehouse with a small section partitioned off for the computers and files. It’s a very functional environment. We don't have any signs or fancy lights outside. Most of the day is spent loading and unloading or checking through the inventory that comes in. The Rajasthan sun can be pretty intense, so we usually have the big fans running all day to keep the air moving inside the shed. It’s a bit of a commute for some of the staff, but we’ve all gotten used to the rhythm of the industrial area. We aren't a huge company with layers of management; it’s mostly just the owner and a few reliable hands who have been here since the start. We keep our own hours mostly, depending on when the shipments are scheduled. It's a lot of physical work and keeping track of numbers. Sometimes the phone lines go down or the dust gets into everything, but we just clean up and keep going. It’s a simple operation where the main goal is just to get the day’s tasks finished and the gate locked by evening.
