Kreative Academy

Kreative Academy is located in Sector 27, right in E Block. It’s a pretty standard part of the neighborhood, and we’ve been here for a while now. We mostly focus on teaching and working with students who come in throughout the day. The classrooms are simple, with enough chairs and boards to get the point across. We don't have a lot of flashy equipment, but we have what we need to help people learn. Sector 27 is a good place to be because it’s easy for people to find us once they know which block we are in. Every morning starts with getting the rooms ready and checking the schedule for the day. It can get a bit loud when the sessions are in full swing, but that’s usually a sign that people are actually engaged. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do here; it’s just teaching and learning. Sometimes the air conditioning acts up or we run out of markers, but we just deal with it and keep going. The staff here are just regular people who happen to know their subjects well. We spend our breaks talking about the students or what’s for lunch. It’s a small, local academy where we try to keep things practical. Most of our day is spent explaining things and making sure everyone is on the same page. It’s steady work and we like being part of the Sector 27 community.
