Yield Constructions Private Limited is based in the Oberoi Garden area of Chandivali, specifically in C Wing, Unit No 2113. Being on the second floor of this premises cooperative society puts us right in the heart of Andheri East. It’s a busy place with a lot of other offices around. We spend our days here dealing with all the bits and pieces that come with construction. There’s usually a lot of talk about materials and timelines. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. It’s just us doing the work. The office has a lot of files and some old maps of the area. We get our fair share of rain leaking through the windows sometimes during the monsoon, which is just part of being in Mumbai. Most of the time, we are just trying to keep the projects on track. It involves a lot of back-and-forth with the people on the ground. We don’t use any corporate jargon. If something is broken, we fix it. If a delivery is late, we call and find out why. It’s a lot of small tasks that add up. We like the area because everything we need is close by. It’s just a standard office where we handle our daily business without any extra fluff. We stay focused on the work we have.
