Uplends Technologies

We are over in Vile Parle East, located in the Abhinandan Society at unit B/102. It is a residential society, so it is a lot more peaceful than the offices right on the main road. Vile Parle is a great neighborhood and we like being here because it feels very local. Our office is basically a converted apartment, which gives it a homey feel. We have a few long tables set up where everyone sits with their laptops and gear. There is no formal seating plan, we just sit wherever there is space. It is a tech-focused environment, so you will always see gadgets being tested or someone deep in thought while looking at code. We have a small balcony where we go to get some fresh air and look at the trees in the society courtyard. It is a very low-key way to work. We don't have a fancy coffee setup, just a kettle and some mugs in the kitchen area. Most of us live fairly close by, so we don't have to spend hours in traffic, which is a big relief. We aren't a giant company with lots of rules. We are just a group of people who like working on technology in a place that feels comfortable. It suits our style and we have been quite happy in this spot for a while now.
