Tripitaka Foundation

We've been running the Tripitaka Foundation out of a flat in the Sai Simran building for a while now. It’s on the second floor of the B-wing. Deonar is where we’re based. It’s a busy part of Mumbai, as anyone who lives here knows. Most days, we’re just busy getting things organized from this small office. It's not a big corporate space. It's a regular housing society setup where we get our work done. People usually find us if they live nearby or know the area well. The building itself is easy enough to spot once you're in the right lane. We spend a lot of time here dealing with the day-to-day stuff that comes up. It gets pretty noisy outside sometimes with the traffic. We’re used to it. Being in a residential society means we see our neighbors every day. This keeps things feeling more like a community than a cold office block. We don’t have fancy signs or a big lobby. You just come up to the second floor and knock on the door. We try to keep things simple. We focus on the tasks at hand. There's always plenty to do. Being centrally located in Mumbai City helps us stay connected to everything going on around us. We’ve set up our desks and files in a way that works for us, even if it’s a bit cramped when everyone is in. It’s just how we operate. We don't feel the need for anything more elaborate.
