Syrian Airlines

Syrian Airlines has this office out in New Panvel. We are in Shivam Apartments, on the second floor in B-203. It is Sector 4, and the plot numbers are 198 and 199. It’s a bit of a walk from the station but it is a good quiet area. We handle all the ticket questions and flight timings from this room. It is a regular apartment that we turned into a workspace. There is a small kitchen area and two rooms where the desks are. We have a couple of computers and a printer that sometimes makes a lot of noise. People come in to sort out their travel or ask about their bags. Since it is Navi Mumbai, things are a bit more relaxed than the main city. We have been at this address for a long time now. The building doesn't get much foot traffic. We spend most of our hours talking to the head office or checking for updates on the screen. It is not a flashy office with big signs and posters. It is just a practical place where we get our daily tasks done. Sometimes it is just me here, and other times my colleague joins. We manage all the files and make sure the logs are updated. That is basically our routine here in the Panvel office. We just keep things moving.
