Suntronics Fire Services operates out of Gala No. 9 in Lokmanya Chawl, which is located in the Hanuman Nagar area of Kandivli East. Being in a chawl means we are right in the thick of the local community, and there is never a dull moment. You can always hear the sounds of the neighborhood, from people chatting outside to the general bustle of daily life in Hanuman Nagar. Our gala is a bit small, so we have to be very careful about how we store all the fire safety equipment we work with. It is a practical environment where we spend most of our time checking gear or preparing for the next job. We don't have a big front office or a reception area; it is just the gala where the real work happens. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when we have a lot of stuff coming in at once, but we manage to keep things moving. The people living nearby know us well, and we often stop for a quick chat when we are heading out or coming back from a site. We like being part of this neighborhood because it feels real and grounded. There are no corporate layers here, just a small team of us doing what we know how to do best. It is a simple way of life, and we are quite content with our spot in the chawl.
