Our office is at 119 in the Neha Industrial Estate on Dattapada Road in Borivali East. It’s a busy spot, especially with the train station nearby and all the foot traffic. We’ve been running Smart-I Electronics from this location for some time now. The estate has a lot of different businesses, but we’ve carved out our own little corner for ourselves. We work on electronic systems, which means a lot of circuit boards, components, and wiring. The workspace is a bit crowded because we have a lot of stock and tools piled up. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s just us doing the technical work and hoping things run smoothly. Sometimes we’re in the office all day, and other times we're out helping someone set up their system at their own place. The tea guy comes around twice a day, which is something we all look forward to. Borivali East is a good place for us because it's easy for the staff to get to from different parts of the city. We try to keep things simple. If a customer has a problem, they call us, and we try to figure it out together. There’s a lot of trial and error in this business, but we have enough experience to handle most things that come our way. We don't use a lot of big words or try to sound like a multinational corporation. We’re just local.
