Secure Parking Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is based out of the Mld Commercial Center, G 3/1, over on Cross Road A in Midc Andheri (East). Being near the Marvel bus depo means there is always a lot of movement around us. Andheri is pretty famous for its parking troubles, so we’ve got plenty to do. Our office is right in the middle of all that industrial activity. We don’t spend much time sitting at our desks though, as most of the work involves being out at different sites or checking on equipment. The center itself is a busy place with lots of other small businesses, so there’s a constant flow of people. We’ve got a small team here, mostly just regular people who know their way around a parking lot layout. We don’t go in for fancy presentations or corporate talk. We just deal with the reality of trying to fit cars into tight spaces in a city that’s already full. Dealing with the technical side of parking systems is part of the job, but it’s mostly about common sense and knowing how the traffic flows around this part of Mumbai. Sometimes the rains make things difficult, especially with the outdoor sites, but we manage to keep things moving. It’s just a steady, everyday kind of job for us here in Andheri. We keep our coffee machine running and stay focused on the monitors. It’s not glamorous, but it keeps the city from getting even more stuck.
