Sarmadurai

Over at Plot No 9/G/7 in Shivajinagar, Govandi, you’ll find us at Sarmadurai. This part of Mumbai, the 400043 area, is pretty intense and packed with people from all walks of life. We’ve been set up here for a while now, right in the middle of the bustle. It’s not the kind of place you’d find in a travel magazine, but it’s where we live and work. Our space is functional and mostly used for storage and organizing our daily tasks. We don’t really have a big sign or a fancy lobby. If you come looking for us, you’ll see we are just a regular part of the neighborhood. The streets around Govandi are always narrow and busy, so getting things in and out can be a bit of a challenge sometimes. We just take it as it comes. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in India; we just want to do our part and keep the business moving. Most of the people working here are from the local area, so we all know each other well. It feels more like a small community than a workplace sometimes. We deal with our customers face-to-face mostly. There’s no polished sales pitch here. We just tell you what we can do and then we do it. It’s simple, honest work in a busy corner of Mumbai where things never really stop moving for long.
