Our shop, S N Engineering Pvt Ltd, is over at A/204 in the Royal Chs Ltd. building on Belapur Road. If you know Kalwa, we are right behind the New English School. It is a busy part of Thane and there is always something going on in the street outside. Inside our space, it is mostly just the sound of tools and some heavy metal parts being moved around. It is not the kind of office where you would want to wear a nice suit. You are more likely to get some dust or oil on your clothes if you stay too long. We have been working from this location for some time now and we have gotten used to the noise from the school nearby. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything like that. People usually come to us because they have a specific job that needs a machine or some metalwork done. It is a bit crowded with all the equipment we have squeezed in there. Sometimes it takes a minute to find the right wrench or a specific part in the back. We just focus on the engineering tasks we have for the day. It is honest work and we like being part of the Kalwa community. We don't spend money on big ads or glossy photos. We just keep our heads down and finish the work that comes through the door.
