Rentcierge Developers Private Limited is based in Mahalaxmi. You can find us at the RR Hosiery Building, which is part of the Shree Laxmi Woollen Mills Estate. We are on the ground floor. It’s an old industrial area of Mumbai that has a lot of character. We work as developers, which involves a lot of different tasks from day to day. We might be in the office looking over documents one minute and then out at a site the next. We aren't a corporate giant with a glossy office. Our space is functional and simple. It fits the vibe of the old mills around us. Being in Mahalaxmi is handy because we can get to most parts of the city without too much trouble. We don't have a marketing department to write fancy slogans for us. We just talk to our clients and contractors in plain English. We’ve been doing this long enough to know that things rarely go perfectly in construction. You just have to deal with the issues as they come up. We spend a lot of time on the phone and even more time walking around sites. It’s a busy life, but it’s what we know. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We’re just a local developer trying to do a decent job in a city that’s always changing. That’s pretty much the whole story of our company.
