You can find us in Malad West, inside the Heritage Building at Mind Space. It’s Unit 205 in the Banarasi Heritage Condominium. It's a busy part of Mumbai, that’s for sure. The Link Road always has something going on, which keeps things interesting. We do import and export stuff, mostly just managing the documents and talking to suppliers. The office isn't huge but it gets the job done. We’ve got a few desks and a water cooler that makes a weird noise sometimes. We don't really do the corporate thing with the big meetings and powerpoint slides. Usually, we just sit around, drink some chai, and figure out what needs to go where. Dealing with the customs people and the transport guys keeps us on our toes. Sometimes shipments are late and it gets stressful, but we manage. Malad is a good spot for us because it’s close to a lot of our contacts. We’ve been here for a bit now and know the local shops pretty well. It's a lot of manual work, checking lists and making sure the numbers match up. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to run a decent business and keep our clients happy without too much fuss. It's a practical way to spend the day. If you drop by, you'll see we're just normal people working through the pile of folders on our desks. It's nothing special, but it's ours and we take pride in doing it right.
