Working at Daulat Udyog Bhavan on Wadhawli Village Road means we are right in the thick of the industrial side of things. Units 123 and 124 are where we spend most of our time, surrounded by the hum of machinery and the smell of ink. It’s a bit of an older building, but it has plenty of character and serves us well for what we do. The road outside can get a bit rough, especially after it rains, but the delivery vans manage to get in and out regardless. Here at Post Newspapers Ltd., we don't have time for a lot of talk that isn't about the job. There is always a deadline looming, and someone is usually rushing to get a page finalized or a print run started. It’s not a glamorous life, but there is something satisfying about seeing the finished product at the end of a long shift. We have a small team, and most of us have known each other for years. We drink a lot of tea and spend a lot of time double-checking things. The village road area has changed a lot since we first moved in, but our routine stays pretty much the same. We focus on the daily tasks, deal with the occasional equipment breakdown, and keep the wheels turning. It’s just how we operate. No bells or whistles, just a group of people putting a paper together every single day and making sure it gets out.
