You can find us at 14 Suraj Bhavan on Dady Seth Road in Malad West. It’s a bit of a narrow street, so things can get a little tight when we have deliveries coming in. Patani Tools is a straightforward shop where we keep a lot of different items on the shelves. It’s the kind of place where you have to look around a bit to see everything we’ve got. We deal with all sorts of tools, and the inventory changes depending on what’s available and what people are asking for. The shop isn't very large, so we’ve had to get creative with how we stack things. It’s usually a bit dusty, and the lighting could probably be better, but it’s a working shop, not a gallery. We spend our time helping customers find the right size or type of tool for whatever they’re fixing. We don’t use any complicated systems; we mostly just know where everything is because we’ve been here so long. Malad West is a crowded area, but we like being part of the local market. There’s a lot of chatter and activity outside our door every day. We aren't interested in being fancy or looking like a big retail chain. We’re just a local tool shop run by people who understand how these things work. We open up in the morning, wait for the regulars to stop by, and try to be helpful.
