Oswal Immitation Art is located at units 16 and 17 in the Amarapali Industrial Estate. We’re on Ram Mandir Road in Goregaon West. It’s a proper industrial area, so it’s noisy and full of trucks. We have a fair amount of space across the two units. It’s where we handle all our production and storage. The walls are lined with shelves full of all kinds of items. It’s not a place for a fancy lunch; it’s a place for hard work. We have machines running and people moving things back and forth all day. Goregaon West is a busy part of Mumbai, and Ram Mandir Road is always humming with activity. We’ve been in this estate for quite a while now. Most of the other businesses around here know us. We don’t have a big front desk or a receptionist. If you come by, you’ll probably find us on the floor checking stock or packing boxes. It’s a bit hot in the summer and loud when the rain hits the roof, but we’re used to it. We keep our operations straightforward. There’s no need for anything complicated. We focus on getting the work done and making sure the orders are correct. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment that suits us just fine. Our neighbor shops are mostly doing the same kind of stuff too.
