Mark Texfab Llp is tucked away in Old Hanuman 1st X Lane at MJ Market in Kalbadevi. We are located at Dhan Bhavan, specifically on the ground floor at Plot No 64C. If you know Mumbai, you know how crowded Kalbadevi gets. It is a constant rush of people and carts. Our office at 2B Grd Floor is right in the thick of the textile market. It is a very old building with narrow corridors and a lot of history. We have been here for years, dealing with all kinds of fabrics. The space is small and every inch is used for storing cloth or paperwork. You can barely see the walls because of the bundles stacked up. We keep the front door open but the noise from the lane is always there. It’s the sound of the market—people shouting, bells ringing, and the constant movement of goods. We don't have much room for a lunch break, so we usually just eat at our desks. Dealing with the logistics in MJ Market is a challenge because the lanes are so tight. We spend a lot of time talking to the transporters and checking the arrivals. Dhan Bhavan is a well-known spot, so people find us easily enough.
